What to expect at your first Thai Massage:

Thai massage is performed on a well-padded mat on the floor. You will remain fully clothed and no oils are creams are used. Be sure to wear something comfortable that you can move around in easily.  Yoga clothes or sweat pants are a good choice. 

Muscle compression, joint mobilization, acupressure and stretching are used during the treatment.  People describe Thai Massage as both relaxing and energizing.

Thai massages are priced the same as standard massages.
